She holds a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Mandarin Chinese from Arizona State University. During her time at Bastyr University, Dr. Evershed narrowed her studies to naturopathic pediatrics. Drawing upon her experiences with both naturopathic and allopathic practices, Dr. Evershed brings a balance of medical interventions and naturopathic treatment to her treatment practices. Dr. Evershed loves working with infants and children and feels that it is the way to a healthier future for all. In addition to her love of pediatrics, Dr. Evershed is very politically active in the healthcare arena, and is passionate about promoting naturopathic medicine on the national level. She is an active member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP) and was the Bastyr University representative to the AANP for two years while in medical school. She is former committee chair of the AANP Practice Development Committee.
