Naturopathic Medicine

Why chose the naturopathic physicians at Cascade Natural Medicine?

Naturopathic physicians or naturopathic doctors (NDs) are primary care physicians who have graduated from a nationally accredited 4 year naturopathic medical school, are clinically trained in family medicine and work in all aspects of family health. By choosing the physicians at Cascade Natural Medicine, you are getting highly experienced physicians who, in addition to the training above, have completed pediatric residencies and/or are board certified in naturopathic pediatrics, receiving the esteemed designation FABNP or Fellow of the American Board of Naturopathic Pediatrics.

Catherine Bereznay, ND, MPH

Dr. Bereznay grew up in sunny Southern California but moved to the East Coast after college to study at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and later at Georgetown University.  When she learned about naturopathic medicine, she knew right away this was the medicine she wanted to practice, as she felt strongly that it was what the health care system was missing and so desperately needed.  Her time at the Bastyr University School of Naturopathic Medicine here in Seattle was rich and fulfilling, and she is delighted to be practicing at Cascade Natural Medicine.  Her passions revolve around supporting growing children, cultivating healthy families, and helping to create strong communities.
